Paulina Opokua Siaw is a dedicated and highly motivated professional with a multidisciplinary background in healthcare and agriculture. She currently serves as an Enrolled Nurse at Atibie Government Hospital, where she has consistently demonstrated commitment to patient care and community health. However, her profound passion for agriculture, coupled with a strong foundation in agribusiness and crop production, has led her to expand her professional path into the agricultural sector.
Born and raised in a farming environment, Mrs. Siaw has always maintained a close connection with the land and food production. Over time, this connection evolved into a deep interest in sustainable farming practices, food security, and agribusiness development. She has acquired significant practical experience in the cultivation of food crops and vegetables, as well as in processing and value addition.
In her current role as Farm Manager for the Crops and Vegetables Department, Mrs. Siaw is responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of all activities related to crop and vegetable production. Her areas of oversight include crop selection, land preparation, planting schedules, pest and disease control, irrigation management, harvesting, and post-harvest handling. She brings strategic insight and operational discipline to ensure that all processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with best agricultural practices.
